來到話走就酒的第三回，師父好茶特別請來擅長將食材味道極致配搭的主廚Will Leung聯乘本地調酒師主理， 靈感來自龍井蝦仁中的茶香甘醇和清新橘味最佳配搭的變奏。

普洱茶是香港人飲茶最經常配點心飲用的茶，生津解膩，而桔普茶更在醇厚陳味之上加上幾分清新果香。 話走就酒系列Round 3就以桔普為基調，配以溫潤的冰糖，夾雜酸甜咸香的柑橘、陳皮，加上橙酒和伏特加作結，帶來一支橘香陳香兼備，醇厚溫和，茶香馥郁，溫潤綿長的冰糖陳皮普洱伏特加。

This cocktail is a crossover with Chef Will Leung from 1111 Ones. The inspiration comes from his creation of one of his signature dishes “longjing lobster” where citrus and Chinese tea make a perfect match. Tangerine Pu’er gives combination of fresh citrus and aged strong Pu’er tea aroma, alongside with rock candy, Cointreau and Vodka, this is a well balanced Chinese tea cocktail with complex flavour profile. What’s more, “Round 3 Yun Nan” can be served hot or cold! Cheers!
